LEAGUE FEES:

Pay your league fees online using US Club Soccer's secure payment portal. 12-U teams should pay league fees here. 13-U through 18-U teams should pay league fees here.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
GAME DAY INFORMATION:

Head coaches of the home teams are to bring a blank copy of the game report to each game. Each team is to complete their half of the game report accurately. This will be checked against the US Club Soccer roster and passes by the home club representative for both teams.

The referee will use the game report for team check in with the passes. The referee must ensure the game report is completed and signed at the end of the match and given to the home club.

The home club is responsible for returning the completed Florida Premier League Game Report and both official US Club Soccer rosters used within 24 hours of the game’s completion, as indicated on the bottom of the game report.

Referee fees - Each team provides (as stated in Home and Away responsibilities):

  • U-13/14: $50 two x $20 bills and two x $5 bills
  • U-15/16: $60 two x $20 bills and two x $10 bills
  • U-17/19: $70 two x $20 bills, two x $10 bills, two $5 bills

Uniforms:

  • Saturday games - home team wears white and away team wears dark
  • Sunday games - home team wears dark and away team wears white

INCIDENTS / PLAYER SAFETY:

US Club Soccer considers Player Health & Safety to be its "first and foremost responsibility," as CEO Kevin Payne wrote in an open letter to parents in Aug. 2016.

As part of Players First, US Club Soccer has implemented major Player Health & Safety initiatives, which are detailed in the aforementioned letter. You're also encouraged to review US Club Soccer's "Bylaws, Policies & Guidelines" web page for important information regarding concussions/head injuries and goal safety guidelines.

GAME CHANGE REQUEST:

Schedule changes should be avoided. However, in the event of an emergency, any and all requests for schedule changes must be made directly to the club(s) and handled only by the DOC/GCRF representative of the club.  Requests are done using the Game Change Request Form (GCRF) which the clubs have access to. Requests should not be initiated by any club member who can not verify fields or referees.

Once date, venue and referees have been confirmed, the DOC/GCRF representative must submit the GCRF via email to NPL-Florida Premier League Administrator at NPL-Florida@usclubsoccer.org. The completed form must be sent at least 14 days in advance of the currently scheduled game.
