Three clubs claim four NISL Girls Division regular season championships

2018 NPL Finals

CHARLESTON, S.C. (Dec. 6, 2017) - Four age groups of the Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL) NPL Girls Division have been determined after a successful fall season.

Chicago Soccer Academy (2003s), Elite SC (2002s) and Sockers FC Chicago (2001s and 1999/2000s) each claimed regular season titles, and have now qualified to the 2018 Girls NPL Finals. The remaining age groups within the NISL NPL Girls Division - 2004s and 2005s - will be decided in the spring.

For these four teams that have already clinched assurances of the NPL Finals in July in Colorado, preparations begin for high-level - yet mostly unknown at this point - opponents, since most slots in the NPL Finals field have not been determined yet.
